Connection issues but great sound and battery lif

Hard to get connected to Bluetooth; otherwise, a nice product.

Sorry to hear of the troubles : ( by design, all you should have to do for a first time set up is take them out of the case and locate them in your bluetooth device menu, tap on the jlab selection and they should connect up. After that, when you take them out, provided your bluetooth is on, they should auto connect. Good fit but background static

They fit well and I don't have to adjust them too often, but there is sort of background static sometimes when my sound is low or nothing is playing, I think it's working itself out though.
