Bad batteries

Battery was at 70% to start my workout, and that 70% battery was gone completely in less than an hour.

For price value quality is more then expected. Have been using jlab only for 10 years now and every product I have owned and currently own is worth every penny I agreed to pay.

Intrusive wireless device

i've got them for a few months. They are connecting to my phone even when in the case, when receiving a phone call. it took me a couple of weeks to realise of the issue. a nightmare. I've still to fully turn off the bluetooth in my phone when i receive a phone call. and these days i am receiving plenty of calls.. kinda unforgiveble issue for a wireless device, expected to have gone through some quality control. on the good side, i stop using them, what doctors say is good for our ears. and guess will bin them if i don't find a quick solution googling. I don't think sending them back to the seller is an acceptable solution. First for such small/cheap device i don't keep invoices after a couple of weeks. second, there is a cost in time/nuisance.

So sorry to hear of the troubles : ( typically the reset that follows resolves the staying connected issue that you're describing. If not, we have you covered under a two year hassle free warranty. An email has been sent your way should the reset not work.

1. Keep the earbuds in the charging case and forget “JLab GO Air” from your Bluetooth device settings.

2. Quick tap 7x on one earbud in charging case. Earbud blinks blue 3 times.

3. Quick tap 7x on other earbud in charging case. Earbud blinks blue 3 times.

4. Take both earbuds out of the charging case. One earbud will be solid white and other will blink blue/white indicating ready to pair to your device.

Great product for a excellent price

I bought 4 pairs in nov 2022 3 pair was a gift n one pair for me , two days ago I bought a pink pr, mines have fall in water , bout 3 times n they still work as good as the day I bought dem , I love em
