They have good sound, but I constantly have to be at the ready because they randomly fall out of my ears. Always having to try and catch them. Maybe redesign them with something to hold them in.

Hi there, in your product package you will find 3 different size tips, try out each and find the one that best fits. Then, when placing the buds in your ear give them a slight twist away from your face. If this doesn't help, please reach out to our customer support team to assist you. -JLab

Love my new headphones

I bought these from Target and I am so satisfied. I didn’t even know about the touch button features Thea headphones had until trying them out and I love! So convenient and means you don’t have to mess with your phone so much. These fit beautifully in my ears. I love the design and the fact that these headphones are slightly magnetic so they just slip right into the case to charge effortlessly!! I love how long one charge lasts. I also love the light purple color I chose. Fits easily in my pants pocket! Bought a pair for my dad as well since he has been wanting wireless headphones! Affordable and a great buy. Sound quality is great too. Overall I am completely happy with these jlabs air pop headphones.

Just bought these and was kind of reluctant to wireless ear buds but it was so easy to charge, sync, and use that I bought a pair for my sister too! Love how you can change songs, volume, and answer calls by tapping the ear bud. Also, I like how the usb charger is attached to the case making charging super easy! Such a good value for your money, definitely recommend!

Have good performance.. Box says includes 3 sets gel ear tips... Only one set came!

These work really well for inexpensive earbuds.the only issue im having is they are hard to takeout the charging case because the plastic they're made of is slippery.
