Quality and affordability.

My wife is impressed by these little earbuds, not long ago she lost an expensive Samsung earbud, so I went out and tried to find an alternative without breaking the Bank. I'm glad I came across these earbuds because they have everything the expensive earbuds have, except the wireless charging. Now I'm planning to buy one set for me for work knowing that I have quality earbuds at a very very affordable price.

Great price durability not so much

Had about 4 months now and one of the ear buds is now super quite. The sound is great and fit is not bad. Microphones are fine, again you get what you pay for. Great price but wished they would have lasted a little longer. I still use the one bud though as I mainly use for listen to podcasts while at work and want to hear my surroundings.

Epic product with epic customer service

I lost my JLAB Go Air headphones and wanted to get a replacement, so went to the store and saw the new JLAB Go Air Pop option, which is smaller with a lid. I bought a pair but when I took them home, only the left earbud worked. I emailed JLAB customer service about it, and they gave me a $20 credit to buy a replacement pair on their online store. When the replacement arrived, it had not one but two pairs of replacement headphones in it! Sound quality is great, I can’t tell a difference between the Go Air Pop and the Go Air in sound quality, nice and small size, the lid is very convenient for keeping dust & such off, 10/10, 5 stars, will buy these again if I lose these pairs

The sound quality is very good and true to life. Easy to insert and operate. The fit is very good in one ear and good in the other. Definitely worth the price.
