I just bought these and both earbuds aren’t compatible with each other and they aren’t working.

1. Keep the earbuds in the charging case and forget “JLab GO Air” from your Bluetooth device settings.
2. Quick tap 7x on one earbud in charging case. Earbud blinks blue 3 times.
3. Quick tap 7x on other earbud in charging case. Earbud blinks blue 3 times.
4. Take both earbuds out of the charging case. One earbud will be solid white and other will blink blue/white indicating ready to pair to your device.

Read before you buy.

These earbuds are pretty good. For the 25$ price, they sound amazing and don't skip on necessary features. The touch controls are a major step up from the Skullcandy Dime 2's buttons (my previous earbuds) but they can have issues such as trying to change your EQ mode and instead you pause your song. The sound is also amazing for it's price. I usually stay on the JLab Signature EQ mode for music and videos but I switch to bass boost when Im working out. Another amazing thing about these earbuds is how comfortable they are. They don't hurt like the Skullcandy Jib True 2's and they rest in your ear nicely. I use the smallest ear tip personally. Overall these are amazing earbuds for their price. They are cheap, while still being an amazing quality pair of earbuds.

Great Value with Excellent sound quality

Love my Go Air Pop earbuds!! I wear them when I'm out working in my yard and can hear my music even over the lawnmower. I lost my charging case while out in my yard, so I bought a replacement pair of ear buds today. Still excellent quality sound for a minimal price. I love them because there are no wires to get tangled up in and it's so easy to take calls or just listen to my music.

I bought these about a week ago and so far so good! Phone calls sound great, my audiobooks and podcasts also sound amazing you can't beat them for the price!

These are great, simple earbuds that do their job well! They have a great bass and I like how I can change the audio style. The only thing that I'm getting used to is keeping them on. Sometimes I put them the wrong way and they can fall out. I might have to change ear pieces to another size. If you want great earbuds for a reasonable price, these are the ones!
