Just what I expected - and more!

I bought these after my friend recommended them to me, and I fell in love instantly. The case is so compact, and I adore the fact that the charging cord is built neatly into the bottom. These fit perfectly in my ears and the touch controls are excellent, and my favorite thing about them is that I can use either earbud independently. The only thing that would improve my experience would be if the touch controls changed when only one earbud was in use because I'd like to be able to pause with touch controls when I only have one earbud in. Otherwise, perfect product!

Perfect for my needs

Best experience ever! I have a pair in the rooms that I spend time in. I don’t have to wonder where they are. Because I have a pair in those rooms. Perfect for my needs.
Sound quality is perfect too. I’m not looking to have a lot of bass and whatever. I could care less about that. I just want to hear.

Overall I love these earbuds. I’ve tried a few different brands and styles and these are good for the following reasons. One: They are very comfortable. It sounds like it’s silly reason to rate earbuds, but if you have them in your ears all day that is important. 2: They sound great for the price decent bass good separation and loud enough. Three: They connect well and don’t drop out. Four: They have a very long battery life. Five: They are built really well. The case fits well in your pocket

Impressive

Just got these as I have long enjoyed all my gear from Jlab and for $20 had to finally try going wireless. So far am enjoying these. Simpler pairing than from my previous wired earbuds or my XL Crasher speaker. Pretty good sound and looking forward to exploring the EQ settings. Came 75% charged and very small case and tinier earbuds (difficult for my big stubby fingers to extract) but comfortable so far. Am deaf in right ear and like that I can use earbuds independently. Reccomend these to anyone looking to break free from wired headsets.

Great product. Awesome support

I bought the go air pop wireless earbuds about a week ago from Target store. One of the earbuds was not working/defective even after several attempts of trouble shooting. I contacted the Jlab support team and they were very prompt with getting back to me as well as getting a replacement shipped out to me in several days.

I bought my original pair of Go Air Pop's at Target, they had a weak battery that to date only lasted about 50 minutes at last use. I contacted JLab and they honored my warranty with a photo of the product and a photo of my original receipt.
I received a replacement set of Pops and I am very happy
The sound is fine for everything that I have listened to so far, TV, videos, etc. The battery life on the replacement pair has been exceptional. I fall asleep to music or audio book and have never run out of power past my time of waking ⏰️
Overall, I am very happy with sound and customer service experience.
My only wish would be a grippy texture/rubberized ring to help grip the ear buds while removing from case as my finger tips seem to run dry and un-grippy.
