I had some issues with shipping, and the customer service representative got it dealt with very quickly. The headphones themselves, for the price. Have 3 pairs of these specific ones, sound quality is excellent, connection is superb, and battery life is almost unbelievable. I am going to order the top brand they sell and gaming headsets as well, because What they say they offer, is exactly what you get

Good fit

Finally a pair of earbuds that fit my small ear canals. Tried numerous other types but they kept falling out. Sound is good, battery is great, but touch controls are sensitive and would change things I didn’t want.

I bought a pair about a month ago, they sadly came in broken. I contacted the JLab team and they quickly got me a replacement pair! So far they are amazing with wonderful sound quality!
