I bought the air go pop about a month ago as a backup pair. These have now become my #1 pair of earbuds. I really enjoy the small size but while still having good sound quality! Best $20 I have ever spent on earbuds.
Im bad with ear buds and lose them constantly these are simple and cheap. Which makes it eat to replace and good for sound, bass, and easy on the pocket.
My first set of air pops had a defect (out the box) in which the sound of whatever I was listening to would cut out intermittently. JLab did not give me any hassle about replacing it under warranty and now I have a new set of air pops that work just fine! The sound quality is decent and so far ppl have said they have been able to hear me well during calls. Unlike a previous head set I owned in the same price range (different brand), I also like that I can walk farther away from my phone without losing Bluetooth signal as well as the control features. My only hiccup with these air pops is that after awhile they start feeling uncomfortable in my ears (maybe just me). However I do like the discreetness of the shape and size! Overall a good $15 (on sale) headphone!
I like their size and battery life. The case is so compact that it's hard to pull the buds out of it. The controls on each bud seem not to work. i have to use the phone for all actions. Phone calls are average quality. Volume is rather diminished, I have to had the volume cranked up to hear compared to other ear buds.
I bought these a month ago and for the first few weeks I loved these buds. After that initial 2-3 weeks, the right bud stopped working completely. I reached out to JLab, and they were kind enough to replace them for me since they were under warranty. However, I opened the new buds, and the right one doesn't work at all. I've tried resetting them, turning my devices off and back on again, disconnecting my Bluetooth devices, and reconnecting them...nothing. I'm just frustrated and sad, I really liked these when they worked.
Since I have smaller ears these earbuds fit perfectly. I really like the sound and three equalizer settings. Since I use public transportation or ride my bike the long battery will last. Since you can use both or just one it’s convenient when I need to hear what is going on around me. I have an iPhone 12 I paired them with. They occasionally cut in and out, sometimes just one and sometimes both. Since I had a different pair of earbuds that did the same thing even when my phone was in my front pants pocket or jacket pocket or in the outside pocket of my backpack, within 2 ft, I’m not sure what the issue is. The only reason I didn’t give them a five star rating is because with them being smaller I have a hard time getting them out of the case. I can’t get a good enough hold because my fingers slip off and because the case gets in the way of being able to grab hold enough of the earbuds to get them out. It will take me several tries and it’s very frustrating.
