Volume Tap feature doesn't work

I am bummed because I just got a new pair of earbuds and the volume tap feature doesn't work on them. I actually had to return my first pair after the volume tap feature only lasted for 2 months. I won't be buying anything else from this company.

So very sorry to hear of the issue. The buds are dependent upon one and other for volume control. If only one bud is outside of the case, volume would need to be adjusted via the device connected to. Comfort is not good, bass is not thumpy. To much sharp edges not soft corners. Charging cable is slightly inconvenient.

Sorry to hear of the discomfort amongst a few other things : ( If you have not already, try switching to the bass boost by triple tapping the right bud. If you are looking to extend the charging cable, you can plug it into any standard usb extender. DON'T HOLD A CHARGE FOR MORE THAN 30MINS

I loved these ears buds so much, that i lost them and repurchased them at best buy, these stop dont hold charge for more than 30 mins and they get fuzzy I have had these for about a month...I am sooooooo disappointed...
