Frequent disconnections / cut-off

Although I like the sound quality and bass, the connection of these earbuds tend to cut-off regularly from my phone. When I'm outside training, I usually place my phone on my jumper's pocket. Disconnections happen more regularly when my phone is in my right pocket but it also happens when in my left pocket (but lesser). Even if I hold my phone in my hands, it happens. The bluetooth of these earbuds is very weak or not functioning as it should. Very annoying.

I love the ear buds. I couldn't get the app to link up with them though. I've followed all of the trouble shooting recommendations.

They are super east to use and look adorable but the left ear likes to cut out randomly for a second every now and then, which isn't cool.

Outstanding Quality

I got my first pair around Christmas and the sound quality and battery life was so good both of my sons wanted a pair. So I got them each their own ( So they would stop stealing mine ).
