Sorry to hear of the troubles. If you are to turn the bluetooth off on one device, and you have them introduced to your other device and its bluetooth is on, they should by design automatically connect. Great improved fit for my small ears.

Would really be a 4.8 or so. These fit in my ear even better than my old ones did. My only complaint is that they're harder to get out of the case and I'm afraid I might drop one other than that, they are great! The charging case make them last a really long time.

$25.00 - worth the price of purchase.

I have had these ear buds for a week, I am satisfied with the quality thus far. They are performing as well as $25 ear buds should. The tethered case is a great idea, no need to carry a cord but presents an issue with the length... limiting where and how you can charge the case. So, a pro and a con... the narrow case makes it a little awkward yo remove the buds for those with wider finger tips but not impossible.Other than that I am happy with the purchase.

Good solid choice in the price range

Got these at Target while traveling because I forgot my expensive ear buds at home. The sound quality is good and the different sizes of ear cushions made it fit my ears well. My only complaint is that they aren't super comfortable to wear a long time, but for the price these can't be beat.

I have been wearing these all day (10-14 hours) for the last 3 days. They've been super comfortable and the battery has held up very well, lasting 10+ hours at a time! The sounds quality has been good, I've been mostly listening to podcasts.
