Haven’t had any issues that couldn’t be fixed by reading the troubleshooting instructions in the booklet. Works just as great as my older jlabs! Does the same thing, feels better to wear due to smaller size!

I brought a couple days ago and I love them. They work great with my phone, I also love the fact that the charging plug is attached to the case you will never have to look for the cord to change the case. Kudos to this product i love it again I am glad I made this purchase.

Only had a few days. Sound is good. Small and light weight. Can get good fit in ears by trying the different buds supplied. Three different equaliser settings to pick the sound you prefer. Great value for the price.

Still learning the features but has a absolutely wonderful battery life (charged when I got them 3 weeks ago and battery still at 100%) has a wonderful sound system
