Had these over a year. Great quality and battery

Felt like finding this page to leave a review, as it's been well over a year since I've had these earbuds, and that outta tell you something, that I haven't used or needed another pair since I've had these.
Sound quality: fantastic
Battery life: ridiculously long (in the buds and the case)
3 different sound modes (Jlab signature is best)
And they've held up extremely well given the amount of time And usage they have been through. Been dropped plenty before too, and of course they've always held up great. Honestly I think the manufacturer made a mistake in making these headphones TOO well because once I had these, in the year+ of usage I've never been in need of spending more money for another pair! Haha

Long lasting quality

I have had 2-3 pair of these and have never had any problems with any of them. The only reason I had to buy 2-3 is because I lost them or left them somewhere and don't recall where. It would be good if there were a tracking system like some brands use but they are so inexpensive it easier to just go buy another pair. They hold a charge better than any I have had also. Most earbuds that claim to have a long playtime and standby tome will do as they claim at first but gradually over a few months the time they hold a charge goes down and keeps going down. Not these, I have had a pair over a year now using them everyday for hours on end without a noticable difference in play/standby time. One thing that is important but I do think it's in the manual is that the batterie in these earbuds like most batteries will hold a considerably longer charge if the first time you use them that you make sure that they are fully charged then use them or let them play until they run all the way down from a full charge. This will ensure that you make use of the entire battery capacity.

Amazing value, great support

These are great value earbuds, with long battery life and good sound quality. They're comfortable and easy to use. Call quality is good. The controls are slightly hard to get used to (you have to learn to time your tapping correctly) but offer useful functions.
Unfortunately after a bit more than a year of use my pair stopped responding to being put back in their case. This meant they would not disconnect as expected and would keep playing, and if I did manage to get them to disconnect then they might spontaneously reconnect later.
I am pleased to say that JLab was very supportive when I reported this and offered an exchange on warranty. I am very impressed by this level of support, particularly for such low-price headphones. The 2-year warranty alone is outstanding.
