Absolute worst I've ever owned

Regardless of what it says on the package, a brand new pair of headphones paired to my brand new phone has an effective range of 2-3ft; they disconnect (on a clear day with not a cloud in sight, by the way), WHILE MY PHONE IS IN MY POCKET.
Auto connect is inconsistent at best, non-existent most of the time (not an exaggeration).
And (though this one's more of a personal preference) I hate that I can't just push a button to answer my phone, which is something both my favorite brand and even other inferior brands can do

No charger/uncommon charger needed

Doesn't come with charger, and doesn't use USB-C like everything else. You'll have to buy a new charger if you want to use it longer than factory charge.

Not That Good

I bought this a couple of months ago and right off the bat they started slipping and falling out of my ears. they still do to this day but they are all I have currently and I do not wanna throw them away until I get new ones. Also, when all it takes is the slightest little bump for it to change my song or trigger siri and i’m sick of it honestly. On another note, the headphones just randomly disconnect from time to time leaving me clueless when the audio to whenever i’m listening to just randomly cuts out. the only thing good is the sound quality when the headphones are not slipping out of my ear constantly. do not buy. save up for some AirPods they are way better.

Like the sound...but they fall out

Hi there, in your product package you will find 3 different size tips, try out each and find the one that best fits. Then, when placing the buds in your ear give them a slight twist away from your face. If this doesn't help, please reach out to our customer support team to assist you. -JLab

Hate the tapping

Tapping is stupid...doesnt work! Cant put L and R on the buds?? Bad design. I'm returning.

So sorry to hear of the disappointment : ( haptic touch sensors do take some getting used to. If you have not yet taken them back, the buds do indeed have an L and R stamped on the back of them. If we can help in any way, please feel free to reach out to us via support@jlab.com

It's worth the buy

these earbuds I've been using them for a year and they still work I've dropped them. been in negative temperatures while working and they still work finally enough I've been going through so many headphones and these earbuds actually work they're like genuinely good they don't suck and are not over priced like raycon or whatever the other brands are. this stuff will actually last you I'm not faking it either I'm not some dude trying to sell you something
