Only one bud works

The sound is very good in these headphones ands the battery life lasts in long listening sessions. I wish the case was enclosed and that the USB wasn't exposed on the bottom.
The touch controls are tricky to use and I’ll often accidentally trigger then when adjusting them in my ears which I have to do often too. For most of the time they fit well and don’t move. Other times they will repeatedly slip out and need adjustment.
I wish I could disable or change the touch commands.

AMAZING

I got these because my other ones broke and these seem small enough to hide in class.. but they were so much better than I thought!! I can use for hours without them dying, and even if I walk to the other side of the house the Bluetooth doesn’t disconnect!! And no tax or shipping?? they flat out charged me 20$ AND they gave me a 10$ gift for registering my earbuds. plus the sound quality is amazing. Even with the volume on the lowest setting the audio is perfect!? 10/10 will be purchasing from this brand again in the future. better than AirPods L apple XD

Piece of Junk!

I bought the Lilac color for my wife and at the beginning they really shined to the point that I bought a second set of black earbuds. Just after a month of regular use, the lilac color ones do not charge anymore. I contacted JLabs and the customer has to pay for all the shipping and handling of their garbage, and even when they sell their defective products, the customer is subject to approval for any repair, and customer is questioned for credibility. We get what we pay, unfortunately we cannot recommend these horrible and landfill prone earbuds to anyone.

only one earbud works

Purchased and from the moment we received we could only get 1 earbud to connect. We tried all the "fixes" and nothing worked. This is the third pair we purchased, all three pairs have had the same issues. Thankfully there's a good warranty.

App doesn't work

Bought them today, found out they don't have any bass at all. But they have an equalizer app. Unfortunately it doesn't work, many people have that exact problem, a long time already. I am connected and already hearing music, everything works, just not the app. When will it get fixed?

First of all when i got these things i didnt realize i couldnt charge it in the wall like normal earbuds, but could only charge them if I had a computer or in the car and that's only if you have a USB. It Charged for 2 days, phone said it was 100%, but only 1 bud worked. I unpaired it to use the one bud later and in a few hours when I put it on and tried to pair it back with the phone it wouldn't pair. USELESS! Only reason I got these was because I needed something quick and they were at CVS. Do not buy this junk. I would've given it 0 stars if I could
