sound quality, great big bang for your buck!

this is my third pair of wireless earbuds in as many months and this pair of go air pops blows every other pair i’ve purchased out of the water. long-lasting charge, incredible sound quality.

Solid sound even better Customer Service

Bought the ear buds and the right ear bud was pretty much DOA. Contacted Customer Service and got an email with simple instructions to follow. Replacement ear buds mailed out and received. All within a business week. As for the sound quality it is solid. I love that I can change the sound profile while on the move without pulling my phone out my pocket.

Great product with awesome customer service

I bought the go air pop. One of the ear buds did not work. Contacted customer service, and they sent me a coupon to order a replacement. Very happy with service. Only negative I can say was the shipping took longer than I feel it should have.

I bought these a few days ago and they are still charged. A bad thing though is that if you tap the right side bud to pick it up it,it aromatically skips the song

I've been using this brand for a few years now and everytime I get different earbuds or headphones I love them. The GO Air POP earbuds work well and sound great, exactly what I expect from JLab. It was a little bit of a struggle to get both of the earbuds to connect to my phone when I got them (they had gotten unpaired from eachother). All I had to do was manually reset them; which was really simple and easy to find in the troubleshooting section under the Support area on the product page. I love this brand and will keep suggesting it to my friends.

I didn’t think they were going to operate the way I wanted/needed them to, but to my surprise, they operate even better than I expected. I am very happy with the decision I made.
