Great buds overall

I bought 6 pair so far. I got them for family, but also s second pair for myself. They're pretty comfortable in the ears and quality sound. The battery charge lasts so long. I use it daily for a couple weeks and it still says battery full. I bought my first pair 3 months ago. I really like them so far.

These Earbuds are great the sound is clear and the battery life last for hrs and best of all the price is right.

I've been using the pro earbuds for a few years. I developed a stupid situation that I have no ear wax. My ears git irritated etc. So...I bought the fabulous Studio headphones. Light weight, goes over my ears, no pressure, perfect, sound GREATEST PAIR EVER On top of the great product, surprise a Gorgeous matching bag....WOW..LIVE LOVE LOVE. AGAIN, best customer service. Respond same day, ir tops 24 hours. Thank you for saving my eats and looking COOL.

Have always loved and still love Jlab earbuds. Like how they feel and sound. Dont fall of the ear as well. And also love how fast costumer service is! 10/10 P.S: So many cute colors!!

Great produc, great customer service for real

This pair of GO Air PoP earbuds were a warranty claim replacement (perfect is an illusion right?) through an exceptional customer service response from Earl from JLab support. The earbuds connect effortlessly to an android phone. The battery charge last for hours and the sound is crystal clear with a good balance between the treble and the bass. the external noise suppression is pretty good and feel comfortable in the ears, and the price is unbeatable for the quality of the product. The shipment of it came really fast although the packing box of the earbuds was a bit spoiled because the package envelope didn't have plastic bubbles on the inside, but the earbuds and charger were in perfect form (did I say perfect again?). Going back to customer service let me tell you the communication with Earl was excellent and fast. No hassle questions or exhausting electronic paperwork to fill for the warranty. Even the shipment back of the original product being unnecessary was a big surprise for me. I really believe the JLab customer service should be set as an standard for any online store. It was a very pleasant surprise to know it is for real.
Can we talk again about the JLab customer service?
