Great pair of earbuds

Great earbuds but something messed up and the company replaced them a year later. The 2 year warranty is good. Easy to contact the company. Def would purchase again.

So hard to get out of case. And quit working.

I bought these about a month ago. They worked fine for about a week or so. Then the left ear bud stopped working completely. It’s awesome there is a 2 year warranty if they do malfunction. But seems like it’s a common problem with these. Also they are almost impossible to get out of the case. Thankfully Jlab gave me a credit and I ordered the $99 True wireless earbuds. Hopefully they work okay. I bought the epic sports ear buds and I really like them.

You're the best headset I bought so far any jlabs headset u buy there affordable sound is on par with any apple or samsung headset and they all have hours of music time i weear my all day they stay in and dont hurt ur ears

These are great for the price. I wasn't expecting too much, as they are a lot cheaper than the big brand earbuds. These are great quality and I'm so happy I chose this brand!

I got them for Christmas and they are some of the best earbuds The only issue I had was when I dropped the case and the earbuds flew out and I lost them
