Sharp and crisp

The sound clarity is spot on. Bass is the best I've heard in budget TWS untill now. Also the charge lasts.

Wow! better than I thought

It’s one month since I bought it and couldn’t be happier. It’s the first time I have tried eat buds and the quality of the mid & top end blew me away. The bass was was there but somewhat subdued even after using the Eq. No one can convince me other top brands at 3-4 times the price are that much better. As I cycle a lot perhaps the bass & volume need to be increased. Overall though I’m happy with JLab.

Buying cheaper you buy twice

- Bought these earbuds about 3 months ago;
- After 2 weeks of use one earbud started playing at much lower volume that the other one;
- I returned it and they gave me a new pair (very nice);
- This new pair worked fine for about 3 weeks;
- Afterwards, when listening to music, the right earphone starts disconnecting at intermitting intervals. Imagine trying to focus listening to a song, and you have the feeling that someone is tapping on your ear cutting off the sound every other second. In all honesty, it is one of the most frustrating music listening experience I have had;
-= This happens on any device I paired the earbuds with.
- Maybe I just got extremely unlucky getting twice a defect product, probably it is just not durable and causes problems often.
- After 2 weeks of use one earbud started playing at much lower volume that the other one;
- I returned it and they gave me a new pair (very nice);

Perfect all round

I bought these for work. And they are brilliant. No longer getting stuck in cords and can answer calls on the go without having to stop and grab my phone all the time. And perfect size case to fit in my pocket

The sound of the earbuds is pretty good quality but they connect and disconnect from Bluetooth off and on.

Just got these today and I already love them. Unlike most brands where I have to use the smallest tip size, the medium fits like a dream and doesn't budge even with agitation (shaking my head). I did see at least one review mentioning they are hard to get out of the case, but if you try to twist them off the magnet, they pop out just fine! I would totally buy these again if needed.
