Great device but keeps falling out of my ear

I bought this device a while back and it has worked perfectly. Awesome sound and amazing build quality. Will highly recommend. However, it keeps falling out of my ear. Maybe its how i insert it but ive tried different ways but the results remain the same.

Amazaing the only flaw ive found is i wish they had a way to turn them off because when yhe case dies the Bluetooth in my car acts weird eith it

Practical, easy to use, & comfortable.

I bought these earbuds about a month ago. However, last week my left earbud stopped working so I contacted JLab support. They were very prompt in responding and kindly replaced them. I received the replacement in a matter of four days! They were super fast and courteous. Needless, to say this pair works nicely (I hope I don't have issues in the future). I genuinely like this model because they are very comfortable on my small ear canals and discreet. Not to mention they sound very clear during calls. The portable charging case is a game-changer (I've always used wired earphones, I know eww... don't judge me...) and having readily charged earbuds has changed my workflow for the better. I definitely recommend them and most certainly will buy as gifts for my loved ones.

Bad connection

Bluetooth drops every 30 seconds so not happy with this cheap product at all
