Adjust the sleeves !! Great product

At first, I almost refunded this because the sound was a bit weird and not loud enough, but then I rechecked the box and found out there were multiple sleeves. That fixed my problem and so far there are no downsides to this product. The volume stayed constant through the time I've used it and was perfectly fitted to my ear.

Mismatched

The first pair I ordered came with a bad right ear bud. Followed all the steps and no sound would come out of the right earbud. Filed a claim and was able to order a second pair. Followed the instructions again, but the left earbud wouldn’t work. I took the left earbud from the original set and magically everything works. I just hope there isn’t too much damage to the original left earbud since I had to submerge it in water in order to get a replacement and the warranty does not apply to the second pair.

Great all around

I purchased this item on 1/14 and it was delivered on 1/21. There was an issue with the postal service, and I reached out to customer support & they were very prompt in responding to me & I was able to receive my package. The earbuds are cute. The lilac is a very cute color. The sound quality is great & the buds are comfortable in my small ears! The charge time is great, so you don’t have to charge them as often!

Great features and amazing battery life

This wireless earbuds are awesome and they have great sound quality along with an outstanding battery life .. They are also priced to be affordable and I love my JLab air pop true wireless ear buds.. there are so many expensive other brands out on the market and they aren't half as good as my Go air pops.. Thank you JLab

I bought mine a little under a month ago, it came with the left one not working, but they sent a new pair free of charge. And the sound is amazing. Would recommend.
