Go sport wireless earbuds

My earbuds arrived quickly & one earbud was not working. I immediately contacted the company & they sent out a new set which arrived quickly. Love the earbuds & a company that stands behind it’s product!

Great sound

Great sound when listening to music or listening to meetings online. However, as I speak with ear buds on they make me sound like a robot. I don't know how to fix the problem it really is an Inconvenience because the reason I Purchase these will so that I was able to communicate on zoom meetings without having my volume turned up on my computer. Or these just a waste of $25??

That is very odd : ( Have you tried to reset them using the troubleshoot in your manual? We would love to help troubleshoot the issue, or get them replaced under our two year warranty need be. Loved the Earphones, But Bad Microphones

I really liked the fact that I can use this device for 32 hours without charging, and I loved the quality of the sound it makes, too, but the microphone is down to 2 out of 10 for me. It sucks to think that the microphone is very bad that the person I’m talking to on the phone cannot comprehend my voice; it was so bad they mock me for hearing the murmurs the train and the people make on the background than hearing my own voice. I was very disappointed. I was choosing between this and another brand with the same price point. The only difference is the battery life difference of 8 hours, which was a big reason I chose this, but I would’ve chosen the other one if I knew the microphone quality was this bad.

Ear Fit

The features and sound are great. I am having an issue with the fit. They fall out of my ears. I do have a set of the foam ear pads on the way. Hopefully that will clear up my problem.
