On my second pair in two days

On my second pair of these within two days. Returned the first set because the eight earbud refused to power on or connect. The same thing is happening with the second set, I think I'm just going to get my money back on this set when I have to go back to the store for the third time for these pieces of garbage. If it was possible to leave zero stars for this product I absolutely would.

Awesome earbuds, except for one problem...

So I bought these on August 3rd, 2022, and I was very hyped. I was so happy when I finally laid my hands on it. For the price, this is awesome! I love the touch controls, the sleek look of the case, and the soud quality is awesome, maybe better for those earbuds about 5 times the price of these.
My only complaint, which is a pretty common complaint, is the fact that one earbud is working. MY left earbuds works perfectly but not my right one. I tried resetting it about 4-7 times, but nothing happens. Even tho it does not connect to my device, when it's in the case, it glows blue and charges normally, and sometimes flicker white. I hope you guys can maybe make a Go Air Pop 2, or maybe create some kind of update to fix this, and send it to us.
I gave it a five star because Im really eocking these. If the right earbuds was working, I would have gave it a ten star lol. Overall great product thanks JLab.

The advertised battery life is generous

I bought these airbuds about six months. They're the only ones I've tried (and I've tried a lot) that actually stay in my ears. However the tap controls give random results, at best; I usually have to start playback from my phone and control it from my Apple Watch. Over time, they've become harder and harder to charge. Sometimes they can sit in the charger case (with the USB plugged in!) for 2 days without charging at all. And lately, when they do charge, they charge to about 90% of capacity, and give me about 35 minutes of playback before I get a "low battery" alert, and then die within another 10 minutes. Eight hour, bah! It's just hype.

i love these earbuds

these earbuds have a good sound quality and they help me focus on the music when there are other things happening around me. They are really good at blocking noise from outside and they cancel sound that is coming from outside them. They come in handy when I want to dance in my room or anywhere else.

Great sound and battery life

Best earbuds I've ever owned. Comfortable, light, great sound, better battery life than buds at twice the price. Plus, LAVENDER?! I couldn't possibly be happier with them, and I think I know what everyone is getting for the holidays this year.

Left earbud died after week 3...

I wanted to really love these and I did like my air tones, but the left ear bud died completely after week 3...
At first it was just going in and out and I thought nothing of it. Then it just died. Wouldn't work no matter how many times I would charge or reset it.
Disappointing waste of money...
