Favorite earbuds

These are my favorite wireless earbuds I've ever gotten. This is the 3rd pair I've bought. The battery life is incredible and I can go days without charging them and they stay in my ears during practice. I just wish that they made a case with a clip on it so you could attach it to your bag or pants to help keep them from getting lost.

Doesn’t work

My grandmother got this for me, and I tried connecting it to my phone. I have an iPhone X, and I went to Bluetooth and tried connecting the earbuds in… No name or anything.. it wasn’t there. So I went to pair new device. Nothing showed up. I googled it. One article said to press and hold for 10 seconds, I did, nothing. Another said to tap each earbud 7 times, I did. I got angry, so I googled this website. I read the manual, and it doesn’t tell you how to make the earbuds light up white. It said take the buds out of the case and they will be ready to pair. Honestly I’m so confused, and am so angry. Please help me out and explain what I did wrong. One last thing, I charged these for 6-8 hours. White the earbuds inside. So I didn’t know if they’re dead, or what. Just.. help me out! Please.

Thank you for reaching out. From what you are describing, it could possibly be an issue with the battery. Please send us an email when you get a chance (support@jlab.com) so we can try to troubleshoot this issue. If not, our earbuds come with a 2 yrs manufacturers warranty that we can discuss.

I bought this less than a week ago, because my other ones had broke and they are doing amazing for me! They're very nice earbuds, while still being simplistic for a very good price!

a first-time earbud user

Despite my enthusiasm, it took me a long time to finally use these earbuds after purchasing them. In addition to my hesitation, my son, in an attempt to assist me, threw out the packaging with the smaller earbud covers. The customer service rep graciously sent me the small ones. However, my ears are small they did not stay in. The first time I wore them outside to walk in my neighborhood, I was chatting on the phone with my friend, when one of the earbuds fell out, rolled and went right down the storm drain at the top of my driveway. (You can't make this up!) I literally used them, maybe 3 times. Sadly, not a good fit for someone with small ears.

Better than expected!

I bought these about a week ago and after fine tuning the sound with several different equalizers, I am very pleased with the sound. Having only used wired earbuds in the past, because I could never find wireless that would play loud enough, I wasn't sure what to expect. The fit was great right out of the box, which again, was always a problem before. The loudness problem has been solved with these! Now I want to try some more expensive models to compare. I realize $25 earbuds are at the low end of the scale, and more $ should equate to better quality and sound, but there will have to be substantial difference to sway me from these. Very good quality in the buds and the charging case. I've yet to run out of battery, even after using all day, off & on. Very comfortable in my ears as well. Thank you J-Lab audio!
