One earbud unusable

I bought this product recently and it arrived in great time (less than a week). However, the left (L) earbud did not emit sound even after charging, so I cannot use the earbuds. Very disappointing, because the sound quality is usually well for the low price.

Air Tones color have a great range and the sound quality and 30+ hours of use are the standout features.. Oh, and let's not forget the price. These are a fraction of the Kim K beats by Dre.

Great sound and an amazing great price. I'd compare their bass capabilities to that of my previous powerbeats... Beats were just over 200, these were 25. I'll definitely buy another pair--that is if these ever stop working!
