one of the earbuds did not work so I emailed support. They were very helpful in troubleshooting with me and provided me a credit to purchase a new set, which works well.
The earbuds are good for the price, not the best sound quality, but it will be great for working out.

Fantastic little earbuds! Sound great, long battery, look good, and work flawlessly. I only wish they had active noise cancelling, but at this price point, I can't complain! Highly recommend!

Got these a few days ago and I love them! I would give 5 stars but I have one small issue like I do with most wireless earbuds….. when they are both in the charging case they will randomly connect to my phone idk why but other than that they are amazing!

Go air pops surprisingly good

I didn't realize earbuds could sound so good. I have these about 3 Wks now and have tried them back to back with fairly high end wired headphones... These J labs are my favorite just excellent.
