Great Ear Buds Shame about the free gift

Great price well made item easy to set up and use, Nice fit for us both and are very comfortable for long periods.
My only moan is as a UK customer the link to register my purchase did not work so I had to use their international address! I was able to register there and was even offered a choice of a free gift, nice touch!
Shame though when I picked it I was informed there would be a delivery charge of over $30.00, not great so I emailed and all we got was a sorry!!
So unless you live in USA I assume, J Lab class every one else not important; very poor Customer Service/PR?
But it's a shame as the earbuds are very good in every respect.

Great Customer Service- Fast Tunaround

My headset was broken. I emailed them. They emailed me back. Give me a code. Got new headphones sent it out probably four days. Got a new set. These guys are great customer service, you can talk to them on the phone even. I bought another pair just because, they’re affordable and they rock. I love their product. It works good too for the price you can’t beat it.

A++ earbuds!

I bought these last week, after wanted something different than wired earbuds. I'll still use wired earbuds, but I'll use these when that's not convenient. So far, they've been great. I listen to my meditations, audio book, music & webinars. The sound quality far exceeds my expectations. My 12 y/o son said he wishes he'd picked these over another brand he chose & has had repeated issues with. I've already recommended them to friends & family.
