Black earbuds wouldn't work, Red earbuds are great

I love these earbuds when they work, but it's a mixed bag as far as what you get. I ordered a set of black earbuds. The right one did not work, so I requested a replacement. Black earbuds again, right one didn't work. Was offered another replacement so I ordered Red earbuds and they work great. Customer service is quick and helpful, tho so that's a plus!

I haddd to come and write a review! One evening I dropped one earbud in the bathroom sink! In a rush, I left it. After a wedding, after party and after-after partying, I came home unscrewed the plumbing under the sink, retrieved it, wiped it down and sanitized it. IT WAS STILL WORKING! I then let it sit in rice overnight, still working perfectly til this day. I TELL EVERYONE TO GET A PAIR. I have even converted AirPods users to this product! One of my best purchases to date!

Steve, in customer service, promptly responded to my issue and arranged for a replacement set of ear buds, with warranty included. Couldn't have asked for more.
