Total Crap. Don't waste your money

These earbuds won't keep their Bluetooth connection when walking outdoors. Took a 30 minute walk yesterday and they lost my Bluetooth connection at least 50-100 times in that 30 minutes. Totally obnoxious

The earbuds are great, for the price you pay for them of course. Mine ended up not working, which I think is on me? However, the customer service got my warranty claim figured out right away. The earbuds are good quality, and the customer service is awesome.

All basic functions are seamless and not an issue in connectivity. When connected with imac, there is an issue with zoom, ms team calls. Other side people not able to hear clearly...allmost all the time (I did set all settings right, double checked all other basics).
Whenever the buds are left outside the case and without bluetooth connection, they auto turn off within minutes and to turn them on, you need to put them back to charging case which is really a pain. Just for this issue i had to carry the case all the time and this is the biggest drawback. I do not know any alternatives exist. But buds cheaper than these are able to provide power on on buds itself, so that i do not need to place the buds in case to power on to connect to devices.
