Great value and customer service

Purchased with a sim card upgrade via my mobile provider and 1 of the buds didn't work. Emailed JLab who took some details and sent me a new set under warranty. Now have a happy daughter.

I purchased they several weeks ago. Great price, great sound but can’t get them to stay in my ears. I lost the right ear of my black pair within days while walking. I suddenly realized it was missing and black blended in so couldn’t find it. So, I reordered the lilac as well as the cloud pads thinking they would help. They initially stay and then work themselves loose. Too bad because I loved the price and quality which was certainly great value.

The tap system is incredibly annoying.

The "tap" on these headphones are so annoying and rarely ever do what they claim to. I've tried triple tapping these, on both sides, at differing speeds, and they either, do nothing, or do another unrelated action. This system is so overly complicated for no good reason. It honestly would've been better to just, have an app compatible with these to adjust all of these. The most they should've had is a tap for pause and that's it.

I bought them in June and I absolutely love them they sound great the sound is the best feature for this model I consider upgrading but I don't know if a more expensive pair would sound better the sound is my biggest concern
