Only one ear bud works out the box

I got this as a gift for Christmas and after i fully charged the case and ear buds i used them for the first time, only the right ear bud works, the left bud has no power and the charging case doesn't light up when i put the left one in, its like they are not getting any power.

I feel it’s the gravity the top heaviness seems to make them fall out when I talk or eat or chew gum

I bought some earbuds from Target and one did not work. I don’t normally take things back and I misplaced my receipt. I reached out to the company to see if they could help me get them working, but it turned out one was defective. They issued me a credit so I could buy a replacement and they were delivered fast. I’m so glad I reached out because I love my earbuds and the new pair work great. I’ve never had a good experience reaching out directly to a company, so I was surprisingly pleased. Everyone was very responsive and efficient. Definitely recommend.

VERY HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE...

I have them for only a few days but the first impression is perfect. I wanted something light with a good sound for 10 hours shifts at work. Up to now, these earbuds tick all my wishes.
They have good quality, long-lasting battery and you can use them independently left or right. Fast connection to my phone and they stay in my ears steady.
Only time will tell if they will stay like this for a long time...

I love these earbuds!

I bought a pair over a year ago and I use them pretty much every day for phone calls and listening to podcasts. I even bought a second pair as a back up because I tend to break things, but the first pair are still going strong. I've forgotten to charge them overnight, and they still work the next day. I've jumped in a pool twice, forgetting I had one in and it still worked. I've dropped one in mud and it still worked. I mostly wear one at a time so I can hear the outside world, usually the right which has the pause and answer/end call feature. The few times I've run the battery down in the right bud, I switch to the left for an hour while the right charges in the case, then switch back which gives me hours more. Calls are clear, and I can easily use my phone's voice commands with the buds.
I initially bought these because they were cheap enough that I wouldn't mind too much when I inevitably broke them, but they are way better quality than I thought they would be. I would definitely buy these again, and I recommend them to people all the time.

Right earbud not working

Bought 6 of these Left and 5 of them all had it's one earbud work with the light indicating blue but, pther earbud side is dead with no sound/light indicating it has paired or on even after charge. Christmas gifts were a flop.

Comfy fit

Just got my blue pads for the JLAB GoAirPop earbuds and they shipped quickly and efficiently and came to me perfectly intact. The switch was quick and easy and they fit great and block the wind sound when I’m riding my motorcycle. I will buy them again when the time comes.
