Only one side will pair

Trying over and over to get both sides to connect. Following instructions, still won't work. Poor value.

Decent earbuds, worth the price

I don't use them for hours on end, so my oexperience is as a casual user (1-2 hours each day). Initially I used them for playing on the Nintendo Switch while lying in bed. I had connection issues when getting both earbuds out one at a time (I would take out the right one and put it in, then take out the left one and put it in my ear). One would connect successfully and it would the other would never connect. So I would have to wait until one connected before I removed the other from the case. I haven't had that issue when pairing with a smart phone or computer (desktop or laptop with Bluetooth).
They have decent sound, nothing spectacular, but it's good for $20. I can't say much for the battery as I have only charged them a couple times since getting them a few months ago.
The only negative I have, which is truly specific and not a failure of the product, is the fit. The medium tip is too big, and the small tip is just a tad too small, so they fall out, even while simply walking around (I have small ears, I'm a 5'4" tall female). As previously mentioned, this isn't an issue with the product's function, it just doesn't fit. I do have to wear smaller earplugs, otherwise they don't my ears after prolonged wear ( > 1 hour).
I will say this about them, which is a huge plus in my book for a klutz like me - they aren't lying about the water resistance capability.
I was going inside to do an interview for a new job, and I was just sitting outside enjoying the day, listening to music on my laptop while preparing for the presentation I had to give for the job interview. I'm carrying my laptop (heavy) on top of a lap desk (also heavy), with a wireless mouse and the earbuds in their case on top of the lap desk (I had them charging at an outlet inside my dad's shop building).
I trip over something (of course), and the mouse stays put (there's a grippy part on the desk for this exact reason, I'm certain of it). However (not surprisingly), the earbuds go flying. They hit the rim of one of the several 5 gallon buckets that we keep out for rain water, and guess what? They're all full of water!
One earbud safely lands on the rocks (or the concrete, I can't remember, I was kind of more worried about other things). The other earbud, along with the case, fell into the full bucket of (thankfully fresh) rainwater. I quickly grabbed both out while trying to prevent my brand new $2000 gaming laptop from also falling into the water.
I'm now in a bit of a panic because I WAS going to use those earbuds for my interview. (Luckily the pair of Play Pro Gaming wireless headsets I was using to listen to music were mostly charged.)
I run inside into the computer room and set up my laptop, then throw the earbuds and case into a bag of rice already sitting on the desk with an open key fob that was also drying from an accident. (I know myself.)
I let them go 48+ hours in the rice. I didn't try to turn them off first by putting them back in the case (I'm a klutz, not an idiot), so I imagine they died over time while the rice dried them out. They work just fine now, if only I could remember where I put them....

Just ok

Decent sound and price. However, who's the genius that has decided to separate the controls on each bud?? If you'd only wearing one, good luck answering the call or hanging up or changing the volume up AND down. Also, every time you touch the left but to take out , the Google assistant comes on and you can't quit out of it by touching the other earbud. All in all, a pretty stupid design. A little ring or a hole , so one could put the buds on a string to hang on your neck would be nice too.

Finally, earbuds with killer sound for small ears!

I had these for 1 week and decided to get another pair. This is the 1st pair of earbuds that didn't fall out of my ears. The sound quality is so crisp and clear. People can hear me clearly as well.
I like gardening. These super comfortable earbuds stay in my ears the entire time. This has never happened with any other brand.
Finally! Earbuds the right way.

Good, but…

This product is good but I have a slight problem, My personal experience, a few weeks ago this started, when I wanted to connect to the other earbud it does not connect and I have to go to my Bluetooth settings and pair the other earbud like it’s a whole other device, the other thing is that since I got it I could not connect to the app, “Jlab sound”

Insanely durable and very high audio quality

I bought these last year, and they are still working great. I actually have a funny story, I left on of the earbuds, (no case whatsoever) in my pocket, i put it on a heavy wash cycle, and a 100 min dry cycle, i took them out, expecting them to be dead, but no, they were worked perfectely fine.
