I bought a pair of these a little while back and was very impressed by jst how well they fit in my ears since no other pair ever has. I was so impressed that I even got my mom some when she was having the same fitting issues. These also great on sound quality as well.

Horrible case and charger / Nice sound and ear fit

My first JLab purchase and probably my last. Are these made for children? I mean, Wow... At 28 years old with fairly skinny fingers these make me look like my Grandmother trying to grab her tiny pills! The case keeps the headphones secure but they are a pain to remove as they are slippery and hard to grasp and slap back in to place before you get them out. But worse... the charger is awful!!! Beside sitting at a laptop, who has USB ports right in their face? The cord is 1-2 INCHES long. Why? Who thought this is a good idea. Just put a USB C port and be done. On a positive the Sound and comfort are decent but overshadowed by the slippery and hard to charge case design. I'd return them but I bought them from Dell and I have to pay for return shipping.

I bought these for 20 and enjoy them
More than the air pods I have that were 170
Sometimes the menu pops up when I’m trying to volume up or down and sometimes I find it hard to get out of the menu but for 20 you can’t go wrong here

Good quality product for a great price

I’ve purchased JLab products for a few years now and was excited to see the Go Air Pop earbuds are 15% smaller because I like to use them when I fall asleep but these are still a bit too large for comfort sleeping.
Also, for me, the Bass power is still lacking, even with EQ set at Bass Boost…bummer!
