I am getting less than an hour of playtime with these earbuds, not even close to the 32 hrs indicated. Otherwise they work great

Super comfortable

I’ve bought 3 pairs of these now! I’m pretty rough on my earbuds, I wear them every single day probably for at least 10+ hours. These have never once caused chaffing on the inside of my ears, the noise cancelling in incredible for the price, and I love the sound quality. I’ve also been extremely impressed by the Jlab support team, I’ve had some issues with orders and a busted earbud but they have been super responsive and kind with how they’ve fixed my problems. That customer service alone is worth brand loyalty in my book. I genuinely love these earbuds, I’m wearing them as I’m typing this!
