Waste of money

I bought their headphones a few months ago and all of the sudden they do not connect anymore. Even if they are completely charged. Such a waste of my money. Get something that will actually last and work. Seems like they may have been made cheaply.

So very sorry to hear of the troubles : ( If the reset in your manual does not solve the issue, we will get those replaced for you under our fast, free two year warranty. When you can, check your email for the reset procedure as well as instruction for replacement if it fails to solve your issue. We'll have you back up and running in no time.

I bought these a day ago and I really love them the sound quality is so much better and the call quality is ok but it’s the price for $20 bucks I enjoyed having these on more than my other headphones I should’ve gotten this a long time ago but I’m a fan forever hopefully they’ll last a long time for me
