I have had these ear buds for a week, I am satisfied with the quality thus far. They are performing as well as $25 ear buds should. The tethered case is a great idea, no need to carry a cord but presents an issue with the length... limiting where and how you can charge the case. So, a pro and a con... the narrow case makes it a little awkward yo remove the buds for those with wider finger tips but not impossible.Other than that I am happy with the purchase.

Sorry to hear of the troubles. If you are to turn the bluetooth off on one device, and you have them introduced to your other device and its bluetooth is on, they should by design automatically connect. Great improved fit for my small ears.

Would really be a 4.8 or so. These fit in my ear even better than my old ones did. My only complaint is that they're harder to get out of the case and I'm afraid I might drop one other than that, they are great! The charging case make them last a really long time.

The earbuds came one day early, with a great manual on how everything works and did so, right out of the box!
Great sound: I especially appreciate the three different sound settings, balanced, bass centric, and JLab custom setting. They are great for all purposes I have tried so far, phone calls, podcasts and music.
The sound is nothing short of great and with the gel tips, I ordered too, these earbuds have a level of noise cancelling that equals much more expensive pairs.
I like the feel and look of the case, and especially that it comes with a built-in charging cable.
I have tried and tested them for 48 hrs and they sit so snug in the ear and fit so well, that I almost forgot they were there.
All in all this was a great buying experience. I am very happy with my purchase, and I still struggle to believe that all this comes for such an unbeatable price.
