Great value and experience

I bought my first pair of Go Air earbuds a few months back and wanted to try to the Go Air Pops. They are smaller, have a better case, sound quality is amazing, battery life is phenomenal. I've bought three pairs total now, two for myself and one for my husband. He has smaller ears so he was thrilled they fit.

Price and sound quality GREAT

Like the title says but the connectivity is terrible if you get more than 4ft away they start going in and out one loses connectivity or just pauses, other does the same. But if you’re getting these to just sit in one spot and listen to music. They’re great. By the way 4ft isn’t that far away. I’m 5’8 so in my pocket while working they lose connectivity from the phone in my pocket.

Amazing service.

I bought my original pair of Go Air Pop's at Target, they had a weak battery that to date only lasted about 50 minutes at last use. I contacted JLab and they honored my warranty with a photo of the product and a photo of my original receipt.
I received a replacement set of Pops and I am very happy
The sound is fine for everything that I have listened to so far, TV, videos, etc. The battery life on the replacement pair has been exceptional. I fall asleep to music or audio book and have never run out of power past my time of waking ⏰️
Overall, I am very happy with sound and customer service experience.
My only wish would be a grippy texture/rubberized ring to help grip the ear buds while removing from case as my finger tips seem to run dry and un-grippy.

I bought the go air pop wireless earbuds about a week ago from Target store. One of the earbuds was not working/defective even after several attempts of trouble shooting. I contacted the Jlab support team and they were very prompt with getting back to me as well as getting a replacement shipped out to me in several days.
