Extremely long battery life,
Small enough to go with you anywhere,
Great for running,
Sometimes difficult to grab the ear buds from the case, its a smooth surface of the ear buds, but a very minor issue.

Great features at a great price

Purchased my Jlab Go Pop wireless earbuds @ Walmart for $20. They synced to my device easily. I like that they thoughtfully included a small pocket-sized instruction card to refer to until I got used to operating them.
Charging is easy with the built-in charger on the charging case which is a great size for storing in my bag or pocket. Also let's you know if they are charged/charging by the LED and the voice will let you know they are on when removed from the case.

Great investment/but no free gift?

I just recently purchased a pair of jlabs pop true wireless at Dicks sporting goods store in Medford Ma. What grabbed my attention was the small blue box. No way I thought earbuds could be in there plus the warranty they offered me for a extra $6.00 I think for 2 years. The only thing that did not work was the free gift they offer. I scanned the code only to find out there are no free gifts available all out of stock. When I went to pick out my free gift they asked me to purchase there free gift. Very confusing. So I gave up. I understand S&H but this free gift said “PURCHASE” out of stock

Overall, very pleased

Needed a cheap set of wireless headphones/earbuds to make calls & listen to music while not being tied directly to the device. These were about the cheapest I could find, and thus far I am quite happy.
Only a couple minor quibbles:
- I am not particularly sausage-fingered, but they are difficult to remove from the case. Could stand a minor re-design of the geometry of the case and/or earbud to let you get a better grip.
- Case is a little too eager to snap shut while you're trying to get a grip on the earbuds. Just make it open a bit farther or provide a little detent to hold it open.
- Have had one or the other side drop out for a about a second at a time before coming back on line. Not often. No biggie. Always recovers by itself.
- Not super secure in my ears. Just about lost one down the drain the other day.
- Sound quality is fine. Not great, but fine.

Plenty of pros:
- love the bi-directional USB plug. Why doesn't everything use this???
- Love the option to use either or both. The only issue being that some of the commands are side-specific, and therefore are not available unless you have that side currently in use. Ie, You can't call Siri using just the right one, and you can't play/pause using just the left one. Not ideal, but a compromise I can live with.
- Oodles of battery life for my purposes.
- Have had issues with earbud microphones on phone calls before. Not so with these. People can hear me just fine.
- Love the fact that there are no buttons, just touch to control. The buttons were the weak link on previous sets I had. The rubber membrane wore out pretty quickly, so the buttons ceased to function. Should be no issues with this setup, as there are no buttons to wear out.
- Bluetooth range is only slightly less than the S__y set it is replacing, and far greater than the earbuds previous to those.
- When walking out of bluetooth range and returning, it reconnects and resumes what it was doing all by itself with no drama.

The advertised battery life is generous

I bought these airbuds about six months. They're the only ones I've tried (and I've tried a lot) that actually stay in my ears. However the tap controls give random results, at best; I usually have to start playback from my phone and control it from my Apple Watch. Over time, they've become harder and harder to charge. Sometimes they can sit in the charger case (with the USB plugged in!) for 2 days without charging at all. And lately, when they do charge, they charge to about 90% of capacity, and give me about 35 minutes of playback before I get a "low battery" alert, and then die within another 10 minutes. Eight hour, bah! It's just hype.

I had them for a week already .. they do work good but they keep falling out they will not stay therewith out moving.. i work on construction and sometimes i cant even hold it an it falls
