Good earbuds, especially for the price

I've had these earbuds a few weeks now, and gotten some decent use out of them so far. They don't sound bad. Pairing was quick. The only problem I've had is getting them out of the case. I don't have big fingers by any means, but I have a hard time getting them out sometimes.

Great Earbuds!

These are GREAT earbuds, great sound, especially with the different equalizers. They are pretty uncomfortable even after a long time. Got a pretty bad headache after using them for a couple of hours.

Good product but when it arrived it had a little plastic defect on the light that shows battery like but when it came from fedex theres no bubble wrap to be found and the packaging was crushed but the earbuds were safe.

Awesome buds, need more UX inputs in design!

The earbuds are really good for what I need them for - getting into office calls, listening to audio books and podcasts, etc. They also retain charge for a decent amount of time, have great sound quality and mic quality.
The one pet peeve I have, every bleeping time I open the box to reach for the buds, is that it really is difficult to get them out.
My original buds had a problem and JLab conveniently replaced them after sent them proof of destruction of the original ones.
But the new ones have the same problem !
During the interim period, I used someone's Apple air pods and quickly saw why they are the number 1 - the user experience is if primary concern there.
Taking out the JLab Air pops out of the charging box is a nightmare. Too slippery, too little space to get my fingers around then to pull them out !
