Good fit but background static

They fit well and I don't have to adjust them too often, but there is sort of background static sometimes when my sound is low or nothing is playing, I think it's working itself out though.

Connection issues but great sound and battery lif

Hard to get connected to Bluetooth; otherwise, a nice product.

Sorry to hear of the troubles : ( by design, all you should have to do for a first time set up is take them out of the case and locate them in your bluetooth device menu, tap on the jlab selection and they should connect up. After that, when you take them out, provided your bluetooth is on, they should auto connect. I got these the other day and absolutely in love with them. They sound so much better than others I've had and I have small ears and they fit pretty good

Hate the tapping

Tapping is stupid...doesnt work! Cant put L and R on the buds?? Bad design. I'm returning.

So sorry to hear of the disappointment : ( haptic touch sensors do take some getting used to. If you have not yet taken them back, the buds do indeed have an L and R stamped on the back of them. If we can help in any way, please feel free to reach out to us via support@jlab.com

I was given the JLab Air Pops as a secret Santa gift in 2022. It's almost a year later and these things have been amazing ever since. I use them literally daily and sometimes all day at work, Monday through Fridays. They have never missed a gym session.
With the built in charger, it's so easy to recharge when they're running low and charge super fast. I'm still surprised out much juice I can get just from the 12 minute drive from home to work.
They have outlasted any Bose headphones I have had, which I've gone through many warranties because of their poor ability to withstand daily use.
The sound quality is fantastic for the price you pay and the durability of these have been surprising even to this day.
If this is the last pair of earbuds I ever buy I am perfectly okay with that.
