I got given these with a deal, they got put in the washer on accident and still work after drying out a bit I love them my favorite ear buds 10/10

Poor Plastic Feel, Great Sound

Sound quality is good, especially for the price. Only negative I have with the earphones is the plastic used. There’s very little texture and essentially nothing to use as leverage to hold the ear pieces securely or pull them from the case. I find myself having a difficult time removing them from the case every now and then.
Otherwise, these were great buy.

Great sound, easy connect. Hard to get out of the carrier, I’m a big guy, with big fingers. Also, like Apple the case is too slippery and hits the deck quite.

My piercings caused them to malfunction

I love my JLabs. I'm definitely an audiophile who has a huge collection of wired and wireless equipment and Jlab fits that place where I items that fit that place in my collection where I'm getting a unique sound signature at a good price and styles you don't get eject. Amidst midst the outstanding sound and affordability, the distressing issue, that is more me than the buds, arose where the earbuds' volume was increasing spontaneously. I attribute this to my piercings. Sadly enough. I have 6 other pairs of Jlabs, including the Work Buds which I use daily and I've never encountered this issue. My wife and daughter, who don't have the same piercings, both tried them and the issue didn't persist. Overall, I really love this design but I couldn't use them which was disappointing.
