No way to turn off awful sensor control

Too fiddly to pull out of case, dropped several times already. No app support so unable to turn off atrocious sensor control which is unforgivable. Had I known this I would not have purchased in a million years. Sounds pretty good and comfortable in ears, but those sensor controls...big miss jlab

So sorry to hear of the sensor issues : ( they do take a little practice, or the sensors may be bad on the set you received. We do have models outside of the entry level go line that has full application support whereas you can turn the sensors off. I bought these same earbuds for my wife, and for me, a couple of years ago. I love them! But I recently lost mine. Fell out of my pocket somewhere, I don't know where. I ordered a new set of the same earbuds, and they arrived in only a couple of days. I was happy and relived to have them, so I can listen to my favorite talk radio station no matter where I go. You should try these, you won't be disappointed.

You get what you pay for

These ear buds were a good price and have nice features, but with less than a year of ownership, the case has stopped charging so the earbuds are useless now.
