They refuse to start a return after I bought the wrong model phone case because they want pictures of my phone and the case to be uploaded and yet as confirmed by Best buy there is no way via the Best buy website to attach such photos. They stall and stall and stall. They are terrible to deal with. I've been trying for more than a week and they just keep demanding pictures I have no ability to send which I have told them nor will submit and treat me as if I'm blind and stupid instead. I verified with Best buy it's not possible to send a picture. If I could give -10000 stars I would at this point.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
