Perfect enclosure for my ducks
on August 22, 2021
Posted by: Anonymous
The case is perfect for my ducks, it has plenty of room for me to be able to hang out with them and they have a pond in the cage. It was easy to put together and it took my teenage son and me about two hours to assemble, if that. Highly recommend if you have a hobby farm of smaller farm animals.

We happy we bought it! We're using this as an enclosure for a raised vegetable garden. Without it, the desert fauna would eat everything, we know this as we have over 30 fruit and nut trees. To keep the small ground squirrels out, we framed in our own door and added 1/2" X 1" 16 gauge wire around the bottom. The door frame that was provided, we added to the rear of the enclosure which added sturdiness.

easy to assemble
on September 19, 2021

The product arrived in two boxes. The coop frame was easy to assemble. I struggled to keep them door level as I tightened the screws, but I finally worked it out. I definitely needed help to get the wire up and over but it was easy to secure in place. There was plenty of spare wire, and the screws, bolts, and connectors all worked well. I was able to assemble 80% of this on my own.

Very easy to put together
on September 21, 2021

It took 1 hour to put the frame together ( its the easiest thing I have ever put together). I bought it for the metal frame, the chicken wire that comes with it is good, but where I live I have Black Bears, Coyotes, Foxes, plus Wolf hybrids dogs, Racoons,Hawks, and my in-laws chicken eating Beagles. So I can¡¯t use chicken wire.
Instead I bought 1/2 black fencing and rapped it with it and clamped it to the Chicken Coop. Cut a whole in which chicken can go through door. We put the fence on the ground 2 feet out from cage and steamed it down, this keep anything from digging under.
I am going to save up to buy another one and make a Chicken tractor with it, But I will wait to get it , till winter.

I am so glad we got the larger option. The chickens seem very happy and I was impressed with how easy it was for my husband and I to assemble.

Liked: All pieces per the instructions and this paid huge dividends for putting it all together. All the pieces are easy to put together - just follow the instructions and do not rush it.
Dislike: One of the boxes was VERY bulky/heavy, so plan accordingly and have something to move your box readily available.
Otherwise, that was it. We highly recommend this Coop.

Chicken Cage
on October 17, 2021

Very easy to put together, love that everything just clicks together. The hardest part of assembling it is cutting the chicken wire to length and attaching it to the cage, very tedious. Not as big as I had envisioned even though I had measured everything, but would buy again.

Better than wooden one
on June 27, 2021

It took us about 3 hours to assemble it. The frame part is easy and straight, the mesh part will take some time because you need to fix the mesh on the frame. What I loved is it comes with a cover which provides shade for my chickens in summer, believe me or not, they prefer to stay under the shade rather than other area. The other thing, and it is the most important thing I want to bring up is the mesh net is reallllly sturdy! The reason why I need a new chicken coop is my previews wooden one was ruined by storm. Over all, I
