This hutch was purchased for our dwarf rabbit that weighs 3 - 4 pounds and a guinea pig. It is the perfect size for them. The ramp gives them the exercise they need as well as the outdoor run. It is secure enough to leave them out in it all night. It was really easy to build with my 8 year old daughter! Thank you for selling such great hutches!

Assembly was easy. This houses two large rabbits really well. They love the underneath level below the main house. I'm guessing the main house will be better for winter.

Helpful tips in review

The material is pretty flimsy and the instructions were terrible. But didn't take long to out together, common sense is helpful. Wish the tray had a screen over it so our bunny wasn't standing in his own waste when inside the "house" but still a good buy for $99! One of the reviews I read didn't know what part G was, it's a hay troff :) it sits on the back wall against the 2 preplaced squares, picture attached. Also helps to know that on part F , the screen goes on the bottom.

We did not think it would be as small as it is. Kinda not happy about that because the picture is very deceiving. Should have paid better attention to the 62". But it is very nice.

Good Product

have had this for almost a year. I wanted to wait a while before I reviewed it to see if it would deteriorate with weather. So far, after intense summer heat, large amounts of snow and rain, it is still in good shape. I used it as a house for ducks. It sits on a concrete pad and I raised it up on blocks at the corners, so that I could hose it out to clean it every once in a while. The wood is still in good shape and it provides good shelter. I did put small pieces of wood around the ramp so that when the duck was small it wouldn't fall off accidentally when walking up. I'm happy with it, so far it has held up well and I have no complaints. It's sturdy enough for small animals.
