Not good for rats

Good sturdy cage but don't be fooled, it is not suitable for rats. Rats need 1/2" bar spacing and they can easily slip out of this cage.

It really gives more floor space

My wife and I wanted to give our Guinea Pigs more space.This was described as a small animal cage. Yes, however the instructions to put it togetherlabelled it as Deluxe Ferret Enclosure. We had to modify the ramps by putting traction pads on each ramp.Our Guinea Pigs really can motor up and down it now and it tripled their floor space.The only improvement we would want is access doors on the second side and back.

great cage

really solid cage, and a great value. Plenty of room for my chinchilla to run around and the slide out bottom tray makes it easy to clean. The only downside is the included hammock is a bit flimsy and one of the clips broke the first time I attached it, but that a pretty minor thing overall, the rest is sturdy and solid.

It's not great either, alignment issues with the hardware and pre drilled holes, instructions werent the best but it was easy enough

Great Cage

The product is flexible but does its job of keeping me rabbit inside its space. I would recommend it the only thing is and maybe it can't be helped because that's what it's for but maybe a little more weight to it so it is not that easy to move for your small pet. Again that probably not possible for what it is meant for so overall I would recommend set product.

Do not put the shelves all the way back in the cage. That way they will not poop on the shelves..

Finally a great ferret cage!

This is a great cage. We got it today and our Smoky, our ferret, cannot escape the cage. We had purchased another cage earlier, different manufacture, and returned it because of parts missing and Smoky getting out of it 15 minutes after she was put in! This is a much better cage and sturdy. Smoky's other cage was 2 levels, this cage is four levels, she enjoys more room for sure. 15 minutes after putting her in this cage she curled up in the now hanging bed and fell asleep. Hope this is helpful
