Great purchase

2nd purchase. Already owed one cage and loved it. Decided to get a new one for my fur babies. Had a missing part in packaging and they took care of it right away.

Directions could have been written a bit more clearly, there were a few times where I had to go back and move things around but the product itself is great! My ferrets have loved their new home together!

Not easy to put together

This was not super easy to put together. It took two people at the bare minimum and a lot of the holes were filled with metal shavings that made it next to impossible to put a screw in or connect the sides together. Also, one of the wheels was bent so I had to heat up the plastic and re-shape it so it would fit! The ramps are a little slippery and were scary at first for my rats, but they figured it out eventually and now use all parts of the cage.

Great for the price

Only complaint about the cage was that one screw hole was drilled incorrectly but with a lot of bending and hammering was able to make it work. The instructions were not extremely clear but with the diagram could figure it out. The site itself is wonderful.

He's Happy!

First and foremost, he's Happy with his new home inside the home. He didn't hesitate to look around. I do need to switch some things around. I would consider better stairs that have grooves in them. I'm not a fan of the smooth ones for this.
It was fairly easy to assemble, however ONE screw gave me a hard time, like a hole wasn't cut well enough for the screw.
I put something over the front entry to protect his feet when he goes in and out bc the bars and the height of the cage.
Overall I do like it.

Great product for the money, but not suitable for smaller critters

I like the affordability of this product and that it came in a timely manner. However, upon delivery I noticed damage to the outer boxing. Knowing that nothing can be perfect as I work at an warehouse, I dismissed the small flaws on the box.Once I opened the product I saw that everything was in the box, but there was damage to a lot of the panels and doors. The latches didn't line up properly, there is a large gap between the bottom corner and the brace bar.On of the access doors has a broken weld which leaves a sharp edge that can cause some serious damage to someone or some poor critter.The bar spacing is perfect for my guinea pigs. The ramps are extremely slick so they weren't able to get around, but that was easily solved with some tube socks. Now they are all over this cage, happy as can be.Overall, this is a good product. But for something that was ordered brand new, I didn't expect much damage. PawHut is very good in responding if there are issues. I definitely recommend this product, but I couldn't give it more stars simply because of the damage upon arrival.

Need to buy ramp covers as the ramps are very slippery and hard for our ferret to climb. Otherwise the cage is great. We were missing a part to put the cage together. Contacted the seller. They very quickly resolved our problem. Excellent service!
