Pretty good cage

Everything was in the box. Instructions were pretty simple. Only reasons I gave it a 4 instead of 5 was because the ramps are kinda slick and our ferrets couldnt really get up well. We threw some socks over them for a quick fix till we get something else and that worked fine. Over all a great cage really.

It came really fast which I am going to give a five-star for the only thing I give a no star to is that on the items it's not marked a b or c so how are you supposed to line it up with the diagram in the pictures.

I would personally like this to be a bit sturdier but it was a good price and it is a good setup for my squirrels. Probably would NOT set anything on top.

All the features of a high end cage for a great price!

This cage is very good for me. It's got all the best features of a very high end cage with the affordably of a low end cage. Wire and frame are strong enough. Plastic snap shelves work well. Option to create another hole in the shelves without entrance holes (although i did not pop those out so I can't say how easy that feature works). The only design item that they could have included to make this perfect is to add opening doors on the opposite side of the existing two full opening doors for better access cleaning the far side of the cage. As other's have written, the installation setup could have been written better and small stickers placed on parts to help identify them easier but once you sit down and think everything thru, it's easy enough to figure out what each piece is for and how they should be positioned. Overall, I give this a 5 star for building this cage so affordably and large while still providing the most important options for such a great price. Best low budget ferret cage out there (that I've seen anyways).

It¡¯s pretty good and good price for a chinchilla cage, he can climb and jump, the hammock is very soft and he loves to sleep in it, cams in 2 days.

Ferret cage. Animal enjoys the extra space and climbing. Building it was a challenge, instructions were sparse and could have included more detail.

Great cage and seller!!

We ordered this cage 2-3 months ago in anticipation of getting ferrets this month. When the delivery arrived we put the boxes straight into to our storage closet without really inspecting. A couple weeks ago we got the ferrets and went to assemble the cage and realized the two boxes we received were actually 2 separate cages. (We assumed the single cage was split into 2 boxes). Turns out we accidentally ordered and paid for 2 without noticing. Our return window had been closed for quite some time but Aosom still allowed us to return one of the cages and gave us a full refund for it which they were not obligated to do. The cage is easy to assemble and works great. You can customize the ladders and platforms which we did to better suit the ferrets. Aosom was Awesome with their customer service!
