Great cage for our escaping guinea pigs!

Much easier to clean than previous cage. Lots of room and Guineas are having fun with multiple levels.

Payout rolling metal rabbit

I barely set it up Monday the 19th but the clip of one side of the stand is broken. So its holding on the 3 top sides. Its wiggles when my bunny goes up to lay down. Overall I love it & the close in playground. Hoping u can replace the stand thank you

Would recommend for small pets

The cage just like the picture I brought this for my granddaughters rabbit which she refuses to put outside. It has plenty of room for the animal to run around and she seems to like it so win win. Cage is easy assembly not heavy at all

Seller went above and beyond to make things right.

We bought this to expand the area for our tortoise. When it arrived there were some issues with broken pieces, latches and the ramp hook that keeps it on was broken. I contacted the seller and asked if I could return it for a replacement. It obviously would've been a hassle but there was just one too many issues. These could have happened in transit or with the manufacturer, who knows. The seller shipped a whole new cage to me at no cost. I was overwhelmed and so grateful. We were able to mix and match pieces from both sets and she loves it. We're still playing with location and set up. Because she's a tortoise we're trying a different type ramp and it seems to be working great. I don't expect free items. But I am very appreciative at their immediate reaction to replace it. It's nice to know they care that much about customer satisfaction. Thanks so much!
