The product is exactly as expected. The only reason I give is almost 5 stars because the ramp exiting the "environment " doesn't provide the traction expected as per the advertisement. Ribbed plastic at such an angle doesnt provide enough friction to be worthy enough to promote. I'm VERY happy with the product!

Our little bear is very happy in his new home.? So much better than the flat cages with high sides where he couldn't see out.? He really loves going to all the levels to see what he can see.? He has 3 platforms above the floor.? We put food and water of different floors so he travels quite a bit. He loves going to the top floor to let us know he is ready for some treats. The lowest platform creates a nice little cave atmosphere that our guy uses for his more serious napping.The poopoo drawer is easy to pull out and dump.? I do have to take the flooring out to scrub each week to get the pee off. Every other week I take the whole thing apart to spray down.? It is really easy to remove the top from the base.? very light for the size.? Overall, we are all very pleased with the set up. Totally worth the price.

Buy a bunch of wire ties.

A great idea but flimsily.? The plastic coroners o not lock between levees. The ramp connections are questionable and do not snap in place. The bottom litter pan is hard to move.We fixed the whole works using wire ties to secure the cage making sturdy and usable.

My ferret loves it!

We bought this cage because we are considering getting a second ferret and we wanted our precious Honey to have more space in her cage. As you would expect, it took her a little time to get adjusted to her new pad but she LOVES it now. The wheels make it easier for us to move her to where we are but still keep her safe from our other pets. It also gives her the opportunity to put herself up when she is tired of play and is ready for a nap. It is well worth the price and I would buy again if I had to purchase another small animal cage.

I've never been able to find a cage so perfect for chinchillas! Most cages are dangerous, we've had one of our boys get hurt on a cage before we knew! This cage is a palace for our baby boy! We're getting another one for our other boy soon! If you have chins you need this cage!

Adorable cage! Easy to travel with!

I purchase the the 3 story cage to take my ferrets on a road-trip. It was much bigger then I pictured so I only ended up needing 2 floors for 3 ferrets. The instructions to put it together were terrible but it was not that difficult to figure out on my own. The ramps were a little difficult to attach but once they clicked; they stayed in place well! I actually preferred them over the plastic ramps that come w/ the metal ferret nation cage. It was very easy to clean, I have a baby that still potty training & only makes it in the litter pan 1/2 the time so having the slide out tray underneath was perfect. There were no mess left behind. I liked that it had 3 doors which made it easy to get them in/out. The bars were a little far apart (prob better for a rabbit, chinchilla, cat etc..) but it was sturdy enough my 3 troublemakers couldn¡¯t escape. My only complaint is one of the plastic clips at the bottom broke, but luckily the cage was heavy enough that it still stayed in place. It was pricey but worth it as it was pretty easy to collapse all the levels to save space in the car & then reassemble getting it out again once you get the hang of it! The size & color of the cage prob made the ferrets feel like celebrities...they got so much attention every time I had to wheel them in/ out hotels everyone was curious & had to comment or take pics with them. The ferrets def. loved it :)
